How we
work.
No retainers by default. No hourly billing. No surprise invoices. Four phases, fixed scope, and you own everything at the end.
Discovery
We map your current operation — every tool, every workflow, and every pain point that is currently being handled by people instead of software. You get a written audit and a plain-English proposal.
- →90-minute kickoff call
- →Read-only access to your current tools
- →Stakeholder interviews (30 min each)
Architecture
The proposal becomes a working blueprint. Every component is named, every integration is mapped, and the cost is locked before we write any code.
- →Two review sessions (1hr each)
- →Approval on component scope
Build
Weekly demos. You see the system grow live, and nothing is a surprise at handover because you’ve been watching it take shape the whole time.
- →Weekly 30-min demos
- →Feedback within 48hrs of each demo
- →UAT sign-off before production
Live
You own everything — the code, the credentials, and the config. Ongoing support is optional for teams that want us nearby after launch.
- →Choose: self-manage or retainer
Common
questions.
Yes. Discovery is a fixed-fee engagement with no obligation to continue. Many clients do Discovery to validate whether a full build makes sense — and keep the audit regardless.
Yes. We can design the system and hand the blueprint to your internal team at any point. The plans are yours.
We scope in two-week sprints. Any change is costed clearly before it goes into the build, so there are no surprise invoices.
Yes, if you want it. We do a thorough handover and you can run it yourself, or keep us on call.
Discovery is 2 weeks. Architecture adds another sprint. Build is typically 8–12 weeks for a mid-complexity system. From kickoff to handover: 3–4 months.
